Choosing bridal party when you don't have friends
Hello Brides to be,
So you recently got engaged (congratulations!!!!!), you are thinking about the entire wedding preparation and who to delegate certain tasks and it hits you big *booooom*.
You do not have any sister, close friends or acquaintance, no cousins to have as bridesmaids as they are older, married with young kids.
You sit thinking to yourself, your fiance has a truck load of friends, brothers and cousins and he intends to ask most of them to be in the bridal party. Don't fret!!!
Some brides love to share their big day with friends that they cherish and have loving memories with so that when she looks at the wedding picture, she can appreciate how friendship grows. However, if you do not have such friends, sisters, read our guideline below to have a perfect wedding ceremony with your bridal party.
1. If your husband to be has a sister(s) that you have a good rapport with, you can ask her or them to be in the bridal party. You are about to become one with his family, use this opportunity to know his sisters better, go shopping for dresses, ask them for their opinion, be polite when you turn down certain request and have girls weekend out.
2. Ask your female coworkers, just bear in mind you may have to foot the bill of their dresses if it is expensive, shoes, hair and makeup to name a few.
3. If you are a worker in the church, you can ask some of the members in the unit, also be aware you may have to foot the bill of certain expenses.
4. If your siblings are guys, you can ask their girlfriends to be in your bridal party. This creates an opportunity to get to know them better as you inform them about growing up with your brothers.
5. You can rent bridesmaids at a fee. Be aware they may not have the interest a true friend will have on the day of your wedding. Call 08064285502, they run a firm that rents trained ladies and gents for bridesmaid and groom services.
6. Call your ex school mates, reunite and ask them to be on your train.
7. You can decide to have a maid of honour and best man only or with little bride and groom.
Whatever you decide, the wedding ceremony is only for a few hours, what is more important is the marriage.
XOXO
